Titel: Drug Discovery Domain and Functional Expert

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
- Consulting and being part of the delivery of strategic programs in the Nordics across Life Sciences Client
- Drive process/system transformations in Drug Discovery
- Act as a bridge between the business users & IS team and translate business requirements into technical specs
- Prepare training materials to ensure IS team has good understanding of business processes
- Participate in workshops to understand business requirements for any new enhancements
- Draw business process maps and identify areas of improvements e.g. consolidation of systems or business process improvements
- Work alongside Application Specialists to prepare functional specifications

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Master Degree in Science or Bioscience
Good understanding of end to end drug discovery business processes supported by IS systems
+5 years Drug discovery process improvements
+5 years Experience of project management in outsourcing transformation
+5 years of On-site/off-shore delivery model experience is preferable as is a good understanding of CMM level 5 quality processes.
Experience in Product Life Sciences companies which spealizes in Clinical Trails and Pharmaceutical industry (Discovery Phase).
