Welcome to Poland traffic and our team!

DSV's transports between Sweden and Poland, both import and export, are planned and administered in this department. Now we are looking for a new driven freight forwarder who wants to develop with us!

We are a committed team of 10 employees and a traffic manager who together find the best solutions for our customers' transports. Are you interested in getting started at our department within DSV, we offer you to be part of a very driven and competent division where the driving force is the desire to make good results. We are proactive and have the courage to challenge activities to achieve development.

The following tasks are included in the role of Freight Forwarder:

• Daily contact with hauliers, drivers, shipping companies and customers.
• Load planning of goods
• Planning of our outgoing units and addition of tractors.
• Notification to customers regarding loading and unloading
• Booking of loading and unloading times as well as reporting in customer-specific systems
• Daily control of trailer availability and that In consultation with colleagues ensure that the trailer flow is balanced
• Certain financial responsibility (for own traffic)

For us, personality is important and for this particular position we are looking for a person who is driven by doing good business, has a distinct service spirit and the ambition to always put the customer in focus. In addition, you should be stress-resistant, be able to handle a changing everyday life and work in groups as well as for independent work. It is a merit, but not a requirement if you have any type of experience from the transport and logistics industry.

To cope with the daily contact with our hauliers, customers and other departments and offices within
DSV, you are required to be fluent in Polish and English in speech and writing. Qualifying if you also master the Swedish language.

The position is a full-time position located at our office in Landskrona. Start date as agreed
