Welcome to Poland traffic and our team!

DSV's transports between Sweden and Poland, both import and export, are planned and administered in this department. Now we are looking for you who want to work as a traffic administrator in our team!
We are a committed team of 10 employees and a traffic manager who together find the best solutions for our customers' transports. Are you interested in getting started at our department within DSV, we offer you to be part of a very driven and competent division where the driving force is the desire to make good results. We are proactive and have the courage to challenge activities to achieve development.

Your primary duties in the role of traffic administrator

* Support and support the Freight Forwarders in their daily work regarding planning of transports
* Administration around the planned transports, for example ferry bookings
* Reporting in customer-specific systems
* Call for shipments
* Contact with hauliers and drivers
* Notification to customers


Who are you?

* Experience in administration or customer service, meritorious if you have experience from the transport industry
* Good knowledge of Polish and English. Qualifying if you master the Swedish language
* Good computer skills in the office suite
* You are structured, thorough, service-oriented and have a good ability to prioritize

* Furthermore, you are stress-resistant and independent


You probably have a few years' experience of traffic administration in the forwarding industry and are not afraid to cut in as the workload is sometimes high and intense. You are a professional, enjoy working closely with your colleagues and contribute to a good atmosphere at work.You solve any problems that arise yourself and on your own initiative. You are easy to talk to and collaborate with other people. We put great emphasis on your personal characteristics.


The position is a full-time position located at our office in Landskrona.
