For this we need team members who know how to take virtual analysis to a new level, think differently about durability and see the opportunities that we have, to support the development of new technical solutions and possibilities to introduce new materials.

What you will do 
You will be a part of the Durability Platform Team. You will perform physical analysis on Platform components and systems, to support ART design engineering with recommendations to secure the durability attribute in our future cars. 
You will as well: 
• Plan, execute and analyze results of physical tests, document this in a written published report.
• Together with your team-members contribute to product development based on experience, attribute knowledge and physical & CAE results. 
• Take part and contribute to agile development teamwork.  
• Define and contribute to the development of system requirements & methods, guidelines, and other knowledge building activities
Competence is important 
We see that you have a M.Sc or B.Sc in Engineering and we think that you will need experience within Durability analysis and tools like MTS, Dewesoft, Instron. 
Extensive knowledge about electric driveline, vibration testing, modal analysis & signal data analysis connected to durability physical analysis.
You enjoy working with people, cars and computers, you have a genuine interest in physics, mechanics and materials, you have a Driver’s license B. 
But personality is key 
You appreciate being part of a team and keeping focus on solving problems together. To share knowledge is a core value for you. You want to contribute to an optimized product; durable yet balanced with respect to cost, weight and design. 
You take ownership, keep structure, and deliver quality and quantity both independently as well as part of the team. To fully success, you need to be a great communicator, comfortable presenting and with an eye for details.
