Dutch Client Advisor for Leading Home Appliances Brand

Responsibilities
As a Client Advisor in this project, you will:
Offer support through written and phone communication
Troubleshoot the care and use of appliances
Assist consumers in setting up service repair, check availability of technicians and make appointments for service calls
Log information into the consumers account.
Create amazing experience that customers value

Requirements
What you need to have:
Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
Problem-solving mentality through active listening
Tech-savvy
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Greece
