Dutch Speaker - Customer Care Advisor

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all the Dutch-speaking clients
Communicate with speed, empathy, and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails, and online chats
Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
Work effectively as part of a team, developing supportive relationships with colleagues

Requirements
Native or near-native level Dutch skill
At least B1 level in English
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening
