Dutch-speaking Customer Service Coordinator for Unisport

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Coordinator who can elevate customer experiences to the next level. Whether you are passionate about customer service, football, or sports in general, we want you on our team.

Your Responsibilities:
• Coordinating market-specific tasks
• Team responsibility for another colleague
• Reporting to the Head of Country Operations
• Contacting customers via email, phone, and live chat
• Translating product descriptions, blogs, newsletters, etc.
• Managing social media (Instagram & Facebook) and AI and automation tools (e.g., chatbot)

Din profil
It is not a requirement that you have previously worked in customer service, but you must be willing to learn.

We are looking for someone who:
• Are comfortable talking to customers
• Are willing to learn about sports and football products and follow the latest trends in the football world
• Most importantly, you speak and write Dutch at a professional level

Practical Information:
Working hours are Monday 08:00-17:00, Tuesday-Thursday 09:00-17:00, and Friday 09:00-15:30. This is a full-time position of 37 hours, and you will be employed directly by Unisport in a permanent position.

You will be offered a monthly salary based on your qualifications.
