Are you fluent in Dutch and are interested in digital marketing and sales? Workaround is looking for a Customer Success Manager who want's to join their expansion journey and independently help companies to find their perfect office in Holland! The position is based in Stockholm and can either be part-time 50% or full-time 100%!
ABOUT WORKAROUND
Workaround was founded in 2015 and is a digital matchmaking platform. They are offering premium office matchmaking solutions to companies who are looking for serviced office solutions, primarily co-working. Workaround is active in Sweden with its head office located in Stockholm City. The team consists of 20 engaged and driven people with a mix of customer success, marketers and developers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Success Manager you’ll be working alongside Workaround's experienced and professional Swedish Customer Success team. As Workaround will launch in Holland this year you will be the one approaching the new market by contacting companies that could be interested in joining the platform.
First, you will contact landlords in Holland that have space to let, which could be a co-working space, a property company or a regular company that has some excess space to let. Secondly, you will contact companies that want to rent space and help them to find the best deal for their requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Secure the perfect onboarding for new tenants that are searching for an office and for new landlords wanting to let space
Proactively approaching the new market in Holland by contacting companies that could be interested in joining the platform
Strive to steadily increase customer satisfaction, build relationships, and push the boundaries of the customer’s mindset
Work with the tech, marketing and sales team to meet the customer expectations and growth opportunities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
You have a great interest in building relationships and are as passionate about sales as you are about customer service
You are fluent in Dutch and you can communicate good in English or Swedish, both in writing and speaking
IT'S AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU
Have previous experience of customer service
Have worked in a CRM system
