Dutch speaking customer support
We are looking for two Dutch speaking customer service representatives to our bank client in Malmö. You will join as Dfind consultants and support their private and corporate customers in Holland. The support will be conducted via phone and email and consist of support regarding the banks internet banking. Part of this will be technical support.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to be a good communicator and have Dutch as your mother tongue. You also need an excellent command in English both written and verbal and if you also speak Swedish this is seen as a merit but not a requirement. As a person you are service minded and result oriented. We prefer that you have an ability to pedagogically explain, how for example, their internet banking works. You are a team-player who enjoys co-operating with others.
Some experience with different browsers and operative systems is an advantage. This will be seen as meritorious along with experience from customer/IT support.
