What your responsibilities will be:
In this role, you will work as a Customer Service Advisor for one of our clients, in the online retail industry. Your task will be to provide support and handle queries.
The most important task, however, is to give the customer a pleasant experience and a positive feeling.
Working hours Monday-Friday 08.00-20:00 Saturday-Sunday 09:00-18:00
You can work remotely if you’re within Swedish boarders.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Good organisational skills
Positive can-do attitude
The ability to multi-task
Understand yourself as a team player who wants to develop.

You will receive a Work at home kit from us. In the kit, there will be everything you need to work e.g. work computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam, headset and a network cable.
