About the role
We are now looking for a Dutch Speaking Sales Coordinator to Björn Borg - a leading company in underwear, sports apparel, and bags. Björn Borg strives to become world-leading within their niche and has today their largest markets in Sweden and the Netherlands. Now they are looking for a Dutch Speaking person to join their team in Stockholm to administratively support the stores and sellers in order to expand even further.

In this role, you will be part of a team in Sweden of 4-5 people and have close collaboration with the sales team in the Netherlands of approximately five people. Job description
Your role will be central to the company's continued growth journey, where you will be responsible for all sales support work for selected category or area. This means that you will be the first point of contact for their sellers outside the country, as well as the customers who belong to that category. You handle, among other things, placing orders, customer matters and ensure that deliveries reach the customer on time and ensure good quality. You report to the Sales Support Manager. Your work tasks will include:
- Ordering - Intake and punching of orders as well as compilation for the Sales team.
- Case management - Order information, troubleshooting, returns, invoicing/crediting and sales reports for associated customers.
- Delivery monitoring and notifications - Monitoring, notification and follow-up of deliveries.
- Together with the responsible salesperson, create quotes, item information/documents that are necessary for sales and placing orders for Pre- and Reorders.
- Communication - Inform customers in the event of delays, under-deliveries, etc.
- Provide Global Sales Manager and Sales Team with sales and delivery reports as needed.
- Transfer and publication of articles (Pricats) from Björn Borg to B24 or other portal for affected customers.
Job reqcuirements

Fluent language skills in Dutch and English
- Previous experience of administrative work (e.g. Customer Service, Sales Department or Logistics)
