Duty Manager Planning, Stockholm Arlanda-airport

We are now looking for a Duty Manager – Planning to join our team at Arlanda airport. The role holder will be responsible the strategic and efficient coordination and reporting of the resource planning within the needs of the business taking into account applicable laws, agreements and company personnel policies.


Main accountabilities and duties
Through an engaging and motivational leadership style successfully manage the team of Planning Analysts
Ensure operational profitability through proper and efficient planning
Ensure that adequate staff is scheduled in order to satisfy the requirements of the various airlines
Actively participate in work with budget, forecasts and new business proposals
Identify, propose and support productivity improvements within existing operations
Provide productivity tracking reports and monitor station performance and advise of any shortfalls, recruitment and training needs
Standardize planning tools 
Providing reports as required and supporting the financial and operational reporting process
Participate in team objectives and relevant projects at the station
Undertake other reasonable duties, as and when deemed necessary by your manager



Key skills, Qualifications and Experience
Meticulous, analytical, service and results oriented
Excellent excel skills
Extensive experience and knowledge of aviation services, ideally to include ramp, freight and passenger handling Financially and commercially astute
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to persuade and influence

Under the Airport Security Act we conduct background record checks on all employees
 
Working Hours: Full time
Duration: Permanent (with 6 months' probation)
Start: as per agreement
