Nord-Lock Group is now searching for a Dynamics 365 Specialist within Finance & Operation, who is driven by enhancing the efficiency of business processes.

Initially, you will get a thorough onboarding together with the Business Systems Manager, who will in the future be your main point for contact and manager. Your main responsibilities will be to enhance the efficiency of the usage of Dynamics 365 in Finance & Operations within the organization, and core duties can include:

• Analysing the needs of the business and translating these into functional business processes
• Collaborating with organizational units to understand needs and identify opportunities in processes
• Configure changes in Dynamics 365 in Finance & Operations
• Implement changes in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations


Personprofil
A fundamental requirement is that you have a great interest in technology and business systems. An educational background within IT is favourable (not a requirement), however, a diverse selection of educational backgrounds is welcome e.g., STEM, Business, etc.

The following points are a prerequisite for you to be relevant for the position:

• 2 years’ experience of working within IT
• You have previously worked in Dynamics 365
• You are independent and an initiator

As a person, you are curious and comfortable with a large amount of responsibility, and for you to thrive as a Dynamics 365 Specialist in F&O, you must be confident in taking your own initiatives. This is because you need to ask, interact, and capture different needs within the organization. Preferably your background is from working consultatively with IT for a few years, and you now want to take the next step in your career.
