SCA is currently searching for recent graduates in Business Administration or similar fields to start in fall 2017. Selected candidates will participate in SCA’s two-year Graduate On-boarding Program within the organization.
We are currently offering a E-Business Graduate Program in our Business Unit Away from Home Professional Hygiene. Our Tork brand has become a global market leader through expertise in hygiene, functional design and sustainability. With sales in 90 countries, the Tork brand offers professional hygiene products solutions and services to customers ranging from restaurants and healthcare facilities, to schools and industries.
If you are interested in gaining work experience and entering the field of Sales / E-Business, then this GO! Program will help you build a strong understanding of how the B2B market works and what skills you will need to develop in order to grow and evolve.



Responsibilities
During the 24-month GO! Program you will have the opportunity to work in some of our key markets. From the start, you will have your own responsible area, where you will accelerate your learning daily. You will work along-side with some of our specialists in Sales / in E-Business, looking over their shoulder and getting deep insights as well as learning from their experiences. Your Line Manager and a dedicated mentor will coach you during the entire program and provide you best guidance. Our Go Graduate training modules and functional skill trainings will provide you with the theoretical background needed to boost your development in sales / E-Business. And most importantly, you will actively participate in SCA’s team environment!

What are we looking for?
Work experience is not required, but relevant internships and experience in (ideally in E-Commerce, Sales) are an advantage. Having obtained a degree Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration or equivalent, achieved no later than 18 months ago will be a prerequisite. Your level of English needs to be fluent. A second language is nice to have. Finally, availability for travelling may be required for the SCA GO! Program.
