H&M Global E-commerce Supply Chain team is now looking for a Business Analyst within Supply Chain to take on this exciting challenge. Are you the one?
H&M Online Sales is responsible for H&M’s e-commerce globally, where we digitally offer the world fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way. We offer e-commerce in all digital channels, and we currently have e-commerce sites in 50 markets. Our goal is to be the #1 global online fashion destination and the most loved fashion brand in the world, which means we will grow fast in the coming years. To reach that goal, we need to fully leverage the data we have and turn it into insights and actions. Therefore, we are now looking for a Business Analyst within Supply Chain.
Job Description
As a Business Analyst you will work project based through a wide range of different areas ranging from short-term insight projects focused on understanding the different aspects of our supply chain, to mid-term 360 analysis of complex business challenges, to long-term projects working with optimization models including forecasts.
Your responsibilities
The job as a Business Analyst in the Global E-Commerce Supply Chain team means you will be in the center of Online Sales and driving our quest to become more knowledge based. By working with both insight building analysis, as well as action-oriented models you will have a huge possibility to influence our way of working and grow our business. Your main responsibilities are to:
Use explorative analysis to drive and share insights within the organization as well as to support strategic business initiatives with data-driven insights
Create scenario models and analysis to help drive a knowledge-based decision making
Develop easy to use tools and reports for actions and insights in the local E-Commerce teams
Participate in developing the analytical capabilities of the function
You will work closely to other Business Analysts and Business Experts within the Supply Chain area.
Qualifications
In order for you to be successful in the E-commerce Business Analyst – Supply Chain role we believe that:
You have at least 2 years of working experience in a Business Analyst role. In that role, you should have worked with explorative analysis, creating scenario models and developed tools for insights
Proven analytical experience solving complex problems using big data volumes and multiple data sources
Strong technical analytical skills and knowledge - SQL experience and knowledge are a must. Experience from Phyton, R and Alteryx is highly valued
Have a self-going personality with a strong sense of responsibility and drive
Strong problem-solving skills always focusing on improving and challenging status quo
Enjoy teamwork and to be working in a constantly changing environment
Experience from working with supply chain is preferred, but not required
Fluency in English is required – Swedish is not mandatory
