We are recruiting an E-commerce & Success Manager
Centra continues to grow rapidly and our Client & Partner Success department now needs to add to our e-Commerce Success team in Stockholm. The department is responsible for the overall growth and success of Centra’s work with clients and partners, and is tasked with facilitating a subscription path to value and the client journey. In this role you’ll play an integral role in delivering on that promise.
Role requirements: Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who has a successful track record of advising and supporting demanding leadership-level clients on IT-related business strategy topics, and a huge amount of e-Commerce and digital delivery experience. SaaS Customer Success experience is an additional positive.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow but it is also a demanding one from the start and you’ll need the below to be successful:
- Solid experience in leadership-level digital/management consultancy
- Impeccable technical project management skills
- Working knowhow from consumer e-tail and e-commerce infrastructure
- Very technically minded and good understanding of IT architecture
- Great business acumen, both with strategic and tactical topics
- Strong analytical, mathematical and creative problem solving skills
- Individual drive, and a self starter mentality
Other requirements for this role include:
- At least 3 years experience with e-commerce or e-commerce technology, at an e-tailer, consultant or software supplier
- Great English language communications skills (Further languages are a plus)
- Experience from change management, especially in larger organizations
Role responsibilities
As an e-Commerce & Success Manager you hold the PnL responsibility for your portfolio of clients.
You’ll be responsible for providing proactive commercial insight and advice, solution specific advice and training, best in class onboarding, project management and ongoing e-comms advice to your portfolio of clients and their partners.
You’ll also play a crucial role internally as the client voice and be a very prominent product stakeholder.
Deliverables:
- Earning your clients’ trust and becoming their trusted advisor
- Facilitating product knowledge, feature adoption & functionality usage
- Contributing to thought leadership material and knowledge base, sharing insights in-person, at events, online and through social media
- Documenting and distributing project and solution specific data,
- Driving onboarding projects and integration project initiatives for clients
- Assuring client and revenue retention and revenue expansion
- Managing the maturation of subscriptions and client relationships
