Job Description
As an E-commerce Commercial Lead, you will have a key role in our Commercial & Operational part of the team as a senior ecommerce specialist. You will own commercial agenda, market approach & optimize customer journey & content onsite based on gathered insights and coordinate with the commercial team.
Your main responsibilities:
Own, drive & maximize selling on weekday.com & connected marketplaces via optimized commercial & activity calendar and take data-based actions
Secure commercial and inspiring online store and our presence in marketplaces
Own customer journey, segmentation and drive personalized CRM experience onsite
Cooperate with teams in other areas such as Assortment, Merchandising, SEO, Digital Marketing, Tech development, Analytics, Content production to optimize our onsite product presentation, campaign execution and overall content
Actively search for new growth opportunities within your channels and markets and own their development and implementation (local market strategy, new selling channels, tools or systems).
Lead commercial projects on behalf of E-commerce team
Prepare pre-season strategy as well as quarter or season closures in cooperation with full team



Qualifications
As a person you are humble and creative with high customer focus and sales drive ensuring the best customer experience. You are a driven team player, structured and organized with a problem-solving attitude and able to meet multiple deadlines.
In order to be a successful E-commerce Commercial Lead at Weekday, we also see that you have:
An education within business, e-commerce or similar
5 years experience working in e-commerce, preferably within retail
Previous experience working within different CMS-& CRM systems
Familiar with Google analytics
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn your analysis into actions
Previous leadership experience is meriting
Full proficiency in English
