E-commerce Coordinator

In this role, you get the opportunity to work with a dedicated team towards the goal of becoming a world-class e-commerce company. The role involves adding new products to the site as well as updating the site with relevant content and products for each market and other administrative tasks related to e-com. To succeed in this role, you must have a genuine interest in e-commerce and have great coordinating skills. It’s important to be structured, have technical knowledge, as well as having the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously. You will be a part of the team that handles all aspects of the e-commerce business.

The team is expanding and the right person can quickly grow their role towards their expertise.

Responsibilities

• Measure and take actions based on KPIs related to the content and functions created on the site
• Update the site with relevant content and products for all markets
• Make sure content on-site follows the brand guidelines
• Coordinate campaigns and sales
• Prepare collection launches on site
• Assist with SEO content & technical functions
• Online Merchandising

Essential Characteristics

• Degree in E-commerce or in a similar field
• 1-2+ years of experience in E-commerce or a similar role
• Work experience in Wordpress or other CMS
• Is a natural team player with a prestige-less approach
• A genuine interest in E-commerce
• Technical knowledge and E-commerce functionality
• An understanding of our brand voice and visual awareness
• Is organized, structured, and an administrative doer
• Is communicative and fluent in English and Swedish

• The position is based in Norrköping or Stockholm
• This is a full-time position
