E-commerce coordinator to Samsung

The D2C Category Coordinator is a key role in ensuring product availability, correct pricing, clearly set up promotions, sorting and master data management of the category in question, and supporting UX-related projects. You work under the Digital Commerce Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Update product listing, out-of-stock products
- Review pricing and promotions
- Input sales forecasts and ensure healthy stock levels
- Evaluate campaigns and promotions
- Process and system enhancements related to eCommerce platform, specifically regarding pricing, promotions and logistics


JOB SCOPE

- Update product and pricing for both runrate sales and campaigns
- Support and follow-up with customer support in logistics and order management
- Report on marketing and sales activities on weekly and monthly basis
- Update product listing and product recommendations
- Collaborate with division supply chain coordinators regarding deliveries and forecasting
- Support in tasks related to campaign setups and coordination


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- B Sc in finance, marketing, logistics or other relevant education
- 2-3 years experience of sales coordination, pricing, logistics and/or analysis
- Full proficiency in MS Office in general, and MS Excel in particular
- Full working proficiency in English and Swedish
- Experience from eCommerce and working in an international organization is a plus
- Experience from working in Hybris and/or SAP is a plus
