For our Digital team to focus on managing the day-to-day commerce activities for the Swedish market we are looking for a temporary

E-Commerce Manager

You’ll secure a steady inflow of new customers. Together with the cross-functional market team, you take responsibility for executing sales and work closely with marketing to secure both local and global strategic objectives.

You’ll focus on creating a consistent customer journey on the web platform: help develop, build, design and localize the web for each market.

This is a temporary role, covering a parental leave for 12 months, start date of 1st March 2023.

What you'll do

- Be responsible for the operation, sales and performance of the Swedish website.
- Drive increased customer acquisition and top-line growth in close collaboration with the market teams.
- Use your local knowledge, customer feedback and A/B testing to optimize the online customer journey.
- Be responsible for updating all related website content in our CMS-tool.
- Drive the road map for new web development, pages or components together with UX, Development teams and stakeholders.


What you bring

- 3-5 years of experience in B2C digital commerce or related function.
- Fluency in Swedish mandatory
- Strategic and analytical ability with experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies in the digital environment


To be successful in this role you know how to work independently with a global mindset and have strong collaboration skills, as well as you are responsive and adapting to the customers.
