Currently active in over 30 markets, offering a huge range of headwear brands, as well as our own brands. One of Hatstores core products is our customization-tool that allows any customer to design their own cap.
About the job
After a successful launch in the DACH region, and big plans ahead, we are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive the business strategy and growth of the DACH markets. This is a great opportunity to drive the end-to-end commercial direction of those markets. Pushing forward new ideas to drive online conversions, and entering new sales channels. We are looking for a talented, ambitious and entrepreneurial individual with a genuine interest in our products that can take those markets to the next level.
Responsibilities
Development and execution of processes and methodology to monitor performance, marketing and customer data developing and implementing plans to improve overall store performance for those markets.
Ownership of the end-to-end customer journey to increase and optimise on-site conversions, repeat purchases and reduce customer friction such as bounce rate and abandoned cart rate.
Own the strategic conversion initiatives to deliver an A/B and multivariate testing roadmap including analysing the effectiveness across these tests to drive commercial results.
Collaborate with the content team to develop marketing copy that supports the customer journey.
Work closely with business partners to ensure optimization of paid advertising for those markets such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok to support monthly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date on the fashion and streetwear landscape to find new trends and provide insights that could result in increased revenue.
Requirements
Fluent in German
Great knowledge of the DACH markets within e-commerce
An interest in streetwear is a big bonus
Must have 2+ years hands on experience in e-commerce
Good end to end understanding including technology
Strong experience in Google Analytics, A/B testing
GA 4 is a bonus
Make decisions based on data
Experience in performance marketing, conversion rate optimisation and marketplaces
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse and translate sales, marketing and product data into actionable insights that can improve revenue and sales.
