Primary Responsibilities

You will have the overall commercial responsibility for driving e-commerce business and with that, develop and deploy the growth strategies. Our platform will be your “baby” to develop and implement and you will work directly with IT/operational team to resolve fulfillment or customer issues.

Your daily work also includes:

• High sales focus as in driving sales, planning, implementing and following up our digital campaigns.
• KPI management; continuously analyzes and track KPIs linked to online sales in achieving strategic objectives
• Set annual, quarterly, and monthly targets; empower the company to track and report on progress.
• Responsible for Logistics and shipping agreements and setting up strategies for same. Implement and drive a warehouse dedicated to e-commerce.
• Adapt Customer Service to e-commerce and implement a CRM solution/system
• Lead performance-review meetings for e-commerce properties, for the purpose of optimizing and scaling their performance
• Manage product offerings and pricing to ensure we are competitive
• Support product-development, product-support and finance teams with training and information.



Din profil
Qualifications

You probably have a Bachelor or Master degree, in economic or system science or equal and about five years of experience. It is a must to be able to work independently within the team, but we hope you also enjoy collaborating within a dynamic multi-department environment to achieve common goals. You need to be able to demand both the internal teams within the organization as well as external teams, e.g. web agency.”

You master Swedish and English both verbally and written and feel comfortable with working in an international environment.
Beyond this we would also apricate you have:

• Significant knowledge in managing e-commerce properties, that with European market experience.
• Experience in managing legal regulations affecting e-commerce marketing
• Demonstrated ability to mine, analyze and interpret product data, use sound judgement and make fact-based recommendations and decisions
• Take ownership and be self-motivated and resourceful to find problem solutions
• High technical and system understanding needed (PIM, e-com, ERP, CRM) Preferable works with the systems today

You will have great possibilities to grow and affect the organization the organization and be a member in the Extended management team. You will have one till two people reporting to you. As an international company with HQ in Sweden we offer the possibility for a flexible-remote position but prefer you wanting to work from the office a couple of days a week.
