E-commerce manager to H&M We Love Horses

Job Description
As E-commerce manager, you will be a key player in a tight team working with a new project connected to H&M We Love Horses and equestrian products. You will get the chance to be part of and build this business from the start.
You will be responsible for execution of the global strategy to drive profitable online channel growth and constantly look for potential to increase the selling. This entails all aspects of the e-commerce business including customer offer and brand experience, commercial calendar, sales, digital platform and digital development. You will work closely with other departments within H&M We Love Horses such as product development, controlling and marketing to ensure alignment in customer experience, strategy and branding.
Key responsibilities:
You continuously improve and innovate the e-commerce experience to optimize selling.
You steer the daily site operations and constantly strive to optimize the customer offer in our online expansion by driving customer-, web-, and sales analysis and taking actions accordingly.
Monitor and evaluate the digital performance of marketing activities together with the marketing team.
Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support growth opportunities.
Drive unique digital activities together with other departments.
Responsible for sales and profit projections in Europe together with the Business Controller.



Qualifications
We believe you have a commercial as well as strategic mindset and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions. You are analytical and hands-on in your way of working and always find ways forward through engaging and inspiring the team and stakeholders.
We would love to meet someone who have:
A broad business and digital background with experience in digital development and sales optimization.
Experience within E-commerce, preferably within fashion.
Proven results of increasing growth in online business.
Proven result of increasing customer experience digitally.
An eye for visual look and feel, with a customer centric way of working.
A genuine interest in digital growth and stay up to date with the latest developments and digital functionalities within the field.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
