Job Description
As E-commerce Manager you will play a key role in the future growth of Weekday. Together with your E-commerce team you will be the owner of Weekday.com (sales and profit) and the experience we provide our customers. You will drive the overall agenda of our online business with high growth ambitions and exciting development ahead!
You will be responsible for:
Set plan and drive vision, goals and strategies for Weekday.com
Maximize selling and profit on Weekday.com, by following the customer journey & demand together with other teams such as Marketing, Merchandising, Content Studio etc
Develop a strong customer experience and enable an OMNI customer journey
Work cross functionally to set and implement the global commercial/ activity plan
In close collaboration with Assortment, Marketing, and Customer Service, ensure customer satisfaction as well as maximized selling and profitability
Set and secure the development agenda for platform and web design to optimize selling and brand impact
Lead and develop the Online team
Live the brand and values – be a role model
Qualifications
Strong commercial mindset with the customer in the center of everything you do
3+ years of experience from E-commerce with proven achievements within the field
Leadership experience from management position/s
A strategic as well as hands on salesmanship attitude
High ambition, drive and innovative approach to reach results
Have a curious and constant learning approach to continuously keep yourself updated within your area of expertise and responsibility
Collaborative skills enabling strong cross functional work
Communicative skills supporting you to communicate effectively both verbally and visually

This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible. This position is located at the Weekday Head Office in Stockholm.
