About the role
As E-commerce Merchandiser, you are part of the Dirac Consumer & E-commerce team where your overall responsibility is to optimize the online store and to to keep it in prime condition and open for business at all times. This means that products and customer offers are presented in an inspiring, commercial and attractive way. You also contribute in developing creative campaigns for which you set goals and continuously analyze. Furthermore, important tasks is also to analyze and develop the customer experience to optimize sales and conversion.
This is a central role in the organisation where you will be the point of contact to several internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the site's content, including strategically placing products and offers on the site based on the customer's behavior
- Create campaigns on site and social media channels
- Ensure that customer offers are presented optimally for maximum sales and according to the company's guidelines
- Convert campaign plans into action and be involved in creating concepts around market-specific activities together with internal marketing department and Dirac's business partners
- Ensure website functionality
You background
To be successful in the role of E-commerce Merchandiser, we believe that you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce and preferably in the tasks described above. If you have previously worked with conversion, online sales and/or analyzed data, this is seen as strongly meritorious.
The position requires that you have an analytical and commercial mind with an ability to understand human online behavior and think creatively in the shoes of the consumer. You are communicative and flourish in a versatile role where you manage several projects and stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar role
- Analytical and data driven decision making ability
- Excellent communication abilities in writing and verbally
- Fluency in English
