Systemair is hiring an E-commerce Process Leader & Digital Marketing Specialist to the Group Marketing and Communications team
Background
As the company is in a development phase regarding E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, there are several opportunities for personal development and contributions to the entire organization.
About the job
You will play an important role in the development of our web shop, digital marketing and processes for increasing sales. The sales and marketing organizations across the entire group are important contacts. Some external contacts will also be required regarding suppliers and benchmarks etc. You will be reporting to the Manager for Project Services
In this position, you will:
• Develop an increased use of the web shop in already launched markets
• Launch and communicate the web shop in the remaining markets.
• Develop the area of cross-selling
• Create marketing information and support local markets with statistics.
• Work in cooperation with ongoing and new digitalization- and web projects.
• Work with optimizing and developing our web shop and digital marketing, focusing on CRM, newsletter and marketing automation
• Analyse results and prepare decision-making documents
About you
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
Qualifications and Experience
• A few years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of sales and our products is important. Likewise, knowledge in marketing and about our target groups. Previous experience in e-commerce, B2B, is desirable.
• Experience working with CRM-systems, E-mail Marketing Platforms and Marketing automation.
• Thorough and good with numbers.
• Languages: English and Swedish
Personal Qualities
• Very good communication skills and ability to sell ideas and concepts. Important as the role involves contact with many different people in different markets.
• Structured, analytical and pedagogical
• Persistent, goal- and process-oriented will be important to reach the goal of increasing use and sales via e-commerce
• Proactive and structured in your work and used to a high level of individual responsibility.

Start date:
Starting date is 1 May 2023 or as soon as possible.
