Job Description
As an E-commerce Product Coordinator, your will make sure that the website runs smoothly. You are responsible for e-commerce efforts including uploading and modifying products, implementing promotions and updating web content. The role includes improving the websits user experience to make it easier for customers to shop.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Owns and secures product enrichment & go-live process for weekday.com and connected marketplaces.
Ensure timely product information enrichment and seamless product workflow for products to live onsite in coordination with copywriter, studio and assortment team.
Work together with relevant teams on the development of the PDP structure, information display and optimal customer journey.
Follow product sales & KPIs such as returns and set actions upon the insights to optimize the product information.
Actively search for new development opportunities with Tech development team.
Gather insights using reporting, Google Analytics, Google trends, competitors research & other.
Drive projects connected to product information & PDP optimization.
Owns promotion / voucher creation and follow up on active vouchers timelines
Briefs in content needs and executes updates on help pages or other non-transactional pages



Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are solution-oriented and have a flexible mindset. You are used to having great own responsibility, working independently, and take own initiative. You also have a flexible mindset and are always on your toes, ready to make quick decisions, as well as you keep things simple in organizing, planning, and communicating.
We’d love to meet someone who:
Has 2+ years of experience (internship including ) in a similar position within e-commerce. Retail background preferred.
Has an education within business, e-commerce, or similar.
Loves to interact and coordinate with other team members, is analytical, and prefers data-based decisions.
Has a good understanding of digital platforms including Google Analytics.
Is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where each day might require different tasks.
Is fluent in English, spoken and written.

This is a permanent position based at Weekdays Head Office in Stockholm Sweden.
