E-commerce Sales Analyst

The e-commerce team at our client company in the Linköping area is supporting a new e-commerce channel to offer and sell products, parts, services and solutions on a European market. The e-commerce team will build, maintain and entertain a digital platform to support, train and enable the European sales network to use the platform for campaigns, promotions and digital online communication towards customers.

Your challenge
As an e-com Sales Analyst you will collect sales and customer data to identify opportunities, summarize findings and make strategic recommendations in an effort to best optimize sales cross EU markets. You will assist e-com Sales team by helping to determine customer targets.
- Perform cross-analysis of customer purchase history and web analytics to support Sales campaigns and general operations.
- Act as level one support for e-com Sales team within CRM tool.
- Report sales results against targets/KPI models and assist with reports as required.
- Assist sales in reviewing the sales budgets and rolling sales forecasts.
- Reconcile data across multiple systems working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Your profile
You have a talent for crunching and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, as well as telling stories with the data. With strong analytic skills, you are results oriented, efficient and focused on data that is relevant for finding business opportunities.

- Have 3-5 years of financial/sales analysis in either sales or finance.
- Have university degree in Business Administration or equal.
- Have understanding of BI and preferable experience working with multiple analytics suites; Google Analytics, Click view, Oracle CRM, Web Trends.
