The e-commerce team at our client company in the Linköping area is supporting a new e-commerce channel to offer and sell products, parts, services and solutions on a European market. The E-commerce team will build, maintain and entertain a digital platform to support, train and enable the European sales network to use the platform for campaigns, promotions and digital online communication towards customers.
Your challenge
Your main purpose as E-com Sales Planner is to ensure increased sales, market share and optimizing online commercial offers.
- Deliver commercial plans to increase online sales in Europe based on category managements, market insights.
- Execute against objectives using marketing automation technology to make things more effective and efficient.
- Manage, via close communications with the Local Sales Managers, online campaign implementation, delivery and optimization processes to ensure that campaigns deliver in full.
- Share and secure best-in class execution of promotions.
- Work in close cooperation with local markets to address marketing challenges.
Your profile
You have genuine business curiosity, understand e-commerce landscape and are a holistic marketer that understands the potential uses of marketing automation. You need to feel comfortable with working in a multi-national team and hold the skill to build constructive and effective relationships.
- Have 3-4 year proven track record of delivering sales results in the online/e-commerce arena.
- Digital planning, sales or campaign management experience a must
- Are result focused. Must have a desire to overachieve and keep pace with the dynamics of the constantly evolving online retail marketplace.
- Understand buying online behavior, sales triggers and marketing automation tool.
- Have good communications skills and can engage.
