Now we are looking for an E-commerce Specialist who will take lead in the digital transformation journey, in order to take our E-commerce business and customer experience to the next level within the Swedish Commercial Team.
You will work in close collaboration with different teams within the Swedish organisation, such as Sales, Marketing, Controlling and Digital.
Together with a team of 5 people your primary focus will be to drive the on-line shift together with the Key Account Managers (KAM).
Key tasks
• Ensure existing ePOS content are easily accessible and findable
• Create new engaging content, e.g. images, videos and other enhanced content types, in order to drive visibility, conversion and local trends
• Create ePOS activation plans and execute them together with KAM
• Set up standards, processes and best practice for spreading content to relevant touchpoints and all our eCom retailers
• Understand and act on the tools and mechanisms available to set-up, develop and boost our eCom business
• Ensure key business drivers are identified and exploited, in order to win online
• Get an overview of customer management tools to drive the eCom business with enhanced customer experience and profitable growth
Skills and requirements
• 2-3 years of relevant experience within digital marketing and/or E-commerce
• Experience from B2C/B2B
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience in Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator is a plus
