Then you might be our future E-commerce Visual Merchandiser!
The role as an E-commerce Visual Merchandiser at H&M comes with lots of responsibility and leadership – and lots of fun! You will run and be responsible to optimize sales and create a frictionless customer experience in H&M biggest store!
In this role, you will be responsible for setting processes, leading and inspiring a team of Visual and Sales Merchandisers to achieve growth goals in the biggest market OMNI channel within H&M. Together with your team, you will be part of creating and developing the future of e-commerce for H&M globally!
Your responsibilities:
Lead and drive Visual Merchandising strategy in cross-functional collaboration with E-com, Merch, and Marketing to secure strong selling and brand presentation.
Lead and Develop Visual & Merchandising team in Creating and Driving strategic processes and ways of working
Analyzing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly sales, customer behavior on-site, and site performance.
Identifying customers’ needs and acting accordingly to drive sales
Manage site content - including campaigns and locally created content
Have a strategic plan for product placement on Stories.com based on customer behavior and commercial plan
Act as an informal leader, including the merch team in your conclusions to secure an excellent customer and brand experience within all concepts.
Creating global and market-specific activities on stories.com in social media and mail communication channels, ensuring the messaging is in line with Stories business idea
Conduct A/B-testing in collaboration with CRO role, Site manager, and E-com manager.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role we also believe you have:
An approachable leader that can coach and drive actions
Salesmanship and having a strong strategic and analytical mind-set
You always want to improve both selling and customer experience by finding new efficient ways of working
Minimum 2 years of experience working with e-commerce
Previous experience and enjoy working within Google Analytics, Content Square, or similar
Appreciate working in a fast-paced team and organization.
Knowledge of understanding French or German is meritorious

This is a temporary position based at Head Office in Stockholm Sweden.
