Make a real difference in the area of women’s rights as an E-learning specialist at Kvinna till Kvinna in Stockholm!
Here is the opportunity to be the first at Kvinna to Kvinna to hold the position as an e-learning specialist – and be the key that opens the door for us to provide digital and safe meeting spaces for more women around the world. Kvinna till Kvinna is in an exciting phase of the digitalization of learning. The position is a unique opportunity to contribute to Women Human Rights Defenders’ digital space, exchange, and learning.

• Developing and producing digital engaging courses with a creative approach
YOUR CHALLENGE
• Designing, developing, and delivering workshops and training to staff in e-learning content creation.
• Developing user guidelines for digital learning and maintaining andragogical quality of Kvinna till Kvinna digital trainings and sessions.
• Supporting in-house instructors and users located in Sweden and abroad.
• Keeping up-to-date with system updates and learning techniques as well as monitoring Kvinna till Kvinna´s needs and contributing to the organization being in the forefront of net-based and blended learning.
• Follow-ups on projects and training courses and monitoring and reviewing the performance of the learning management system (from external and internal perspectives) and making recommendations for improvements.
THE TEAM AND WORK PLACE
You will have your office at the southern central part of Stockholm, but it is also possible to work remote.
You will report to Head Of Method and Development. In your team you have 9 other inspiring colleagues, but you will also collaborate with professionals and teams across the organization; for example subject matter experts to scope, design, and create courses and/or learning spaces for internal and external target-groups.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role we believe you love taking new initiatives and make it happen. Furthermore, you are structured, creative and proactive. You thrive while working in a team towards a shared goal and believe in Kvinna till Kvinna´s mission.
Additionally, you have experience in developing digital courses as well as film/editing and graphics and have a high technical competence. Furthermore, you are experienced in authoring tools, learning management systems, and are updated on current research and practices in learning design to create engaging courses. It is important that you can present complex information in a simple and understandable way. It is also important that you have a high standard of written and spoken English.
