Scania is now accelerating its transformation enabling us to the drift towards a sustainable transport system. We will accelerate by being a customer centric supplier of complete and sustainable solutions.

Within Sales and Marketing we are now setting up a new function to increase our speed and focus on the e-Mobility value stream. We are aiming for a value stream with an entrepreneurial “company mindset” with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the e-Mobility business.

We are creating an empowered organisation that will function as the backbone of the e-Mobility value stream. It will be characterized by speed and flexibility, customer collaboration with a probing mindset, and a focus on developing solutions and creating engagement in the people working in the value stream. We believe that these are the main abilities needed to lead in this new increasingly complex environment, and lead is what we intend to do. In our e-Mobility journey China will become on of our strategic core markets.

Are you thrilled to be at the forefront to shape Scania's electrification activities for this exciting market?

We are now looking for an E-Mobility Business Development Manager to strengthen our e-strategy team within Sales and Marketing with a clear focus on China. In this position you will set the e-Mobility strategy for Scania for both products and services in close collaboration with your key stakeholders.

Workdescription

Your key tasks will be:

•Creating a profound understanding of the Chinese e-Mobility ecosystem in close cooperation with the local organizations

•Developing an aggregated Scania e-mobility strategy for the Chinese market jointly with your key stakeholders

•Guiding the management in taking the right strategic decisions

•Acting as key account for the local Scania China organizations, bundling and coordinating all e-Mobility related matters

•Orchestrating the implementation of first pilot projects in the Chinese Market in close collaboration with your colleagues in Södertälje and China

Your profile

To be successful in this position you are a team player, a good communicator and you have a strong ability to network and reach results through others. You have experiences in e-Mobility combined with a holistic business understanding of the Chinese Market.

You are experienced in working closely with the customer and you bring an entrepreneurial mindset. You inspire people by your optimistic, passionate and engaging personality.

You have a commercial and/or technical university degree and several years of experience from business. Preferable you have worked in / with China before and you are passionate about the Chinese culture and business environment.

Since communication skills are essential for your job, you are fluent in English and preferable also in Chinese. Traveling will be required.
