Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Small series within Sales and Marketing is a new function to increase our speed and focus on the e-Mobility value stream. This will be a key component to drive the shift to sustainable transport. We adopt a holistic entrepreneurial mindset, and with end-to-end responsibility, we have clear accountability for the e-Mobility small series business. We believe in partnerships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem to learn how we can create value and new business.
With Small Series, we are creating an empowered organization that will function as the backbone of the e-Mobility value stream. It will be characterized by speed and flexibility, customer collaboration with a probing mindset, and a focus on developing solutions and creating engagement in the people working in the value stream. Working at the forefront we work together with the actors in both public and private sector to reduce the barriers and accelerate the shift to new sustainable solutions. Through partnerships, we will be able to deliver complete system solutions and find new business opportunities.
We are now looking for an e-Mobility ecosystem strategist with a focus on the interconnection between electricity and transport systems. You will work in collaboration with colleagues, partners, and actors in the transport ecosystem to create partnerships, projects, and offerings to accelerate the shift to a more sustainable transport system.
Work description
• Explore business development opportunities in the electrified transport ecosystem, in particular focusing on the intersection between the transport system and the energy system.
• Develop business models in collaboration with actors in the ecosystem, establish partnerships.
• Responsible for project roadmap/project selection criteria for Small Series explore portfolio
• Responsible for strategies and roadmaps for subsidies and funding
• Design and lead collaboration projects
Your profile
You have a commercial and/or technical university degree. You have at least 5 years of experience in the heavy truck industry or the energy industry.
You have a structured and creative mindset, look beyond the current approaches and find new solutions. You use systems thinking approach and are open to exploring different perspectives, and you have experience from working at the ecosystem level. You have a strategic way of thinking, and consider the wider consequences of decisions.
You find it easy to collaborate with others but are also comfortable with working independently. Communication skills are important for the role.
