Scania has embarked on a transformation journey and is at the same time aiming to take customer satisfaction to new levels. As an E-mobility Facility Manager you will be heavily involved in this work.
What to expect
Customer behaviour will most likely change with the entry into the electrified transport systems. The customer will probably not accept to drive 30-40 km to a workshop to have the maintenance done an then back the same way. We need to adapt this and be prepared to go to the customers instead, and to charge the vehicles during the workshop visit as well.
Are you the service-minded E mobility Facility Manager we are looking for?
As a E-mobility Facility Manager you will take an active part in developing everything that is related to our facilities when it comes to E-mobility needs. There will be close cooperation with the equipment side, looking at maintenance, service, repair and charging solutions.
Likewise close cooperation with the Vehicle sales side and Purchasing when it comes to “Fast charging” at our facilities. New standards in these areas need to be defined and set. Designs needs and size options to be prepared for the Scania network. There will also be a close cooperation with the network development side, looking into power grid infrastructure etc.
About the team
The Scania Commercial Real Estate team has the global responsibility to develop, produce, implement and maintain the owned facilities in the Scania network. It is all about creating the optimal environment for fulfilling the Scania customers’ expectations.
From the initial searches of suitable land, scaling the facility according to present and future volumes, securing the correct materials and equipment to delivering a turn-key facility to our network.
A facility suitable for the needs for the business, providing accurate, efficient repairs, timely deliveries and making sure everything is done in a sustainable way.
There will be some amount of travel included in the role. You will report to the Head of Franchise management & Commercial real estate and of course to the various project forums, where involved.
Summary of responsibilities
• Contribute with facility development for the new services concepts and supporting processes linked to them
• Take responsibility for the whole value chain, from concept development, test it in the market to the start of full global implementation
• Securing that we deliver value to the end customer
• Plan, coordinate and follow up the project activities
• Improve the processes related to Real Estates Operations
• Promoting and explaining the services concept to stakeholders and Business Units
• Work in close cooperation with distributors, our retail network, suppliers, customers and internal departments within Scania

We are looking for someone who is strong in communication, who can create structure and consensus with everyone around. On a personal level you strive to build wide contact networks with long-term relationships through good communication, structure and trust.
Your profile
You hold a broad experience from Facility production management. You probably have experience with E-mobility solutions for heavy vehicles and experience from working at the distributor and/or dealer level.
You are also used to solving complex tasks with many variables as well as stakeholders. You might have been a leader in previous roles and you probably hold a university degree in engineering. Your English language skills are on a very high level and other languages are merit.
