Are you passionate about eCom, Route To Market and digitalization and want to develop the Ice Cream category and new channels? Do you want to work with some of Sweden´s favourite and most delicious Ice Cream brands such as GB Glace, Ben&Jerry´s and Magnum?
We are now looking for an E-RTM Manager to join Unilevers Sales & Operation development team in Sweden. Note that Swedish fluency is required for the role. This is a consultancy opportunity starting ASAP, lasting for 3 months with very high chances of extension/recruitment to Unilever.
About the role
As E- RTM Manager, you will be responsible for developing our E-RTM strategy and execution plan, implementing new digital tools and ways of working on the market and lead our road to digitalized future.
We are looking for a highly driven person with a mindset that everything is possible. High competence within eCom and RTM is needed and you will have close contact with our concessionaries, depo managers and salespeople to implement tools that will take us to next level in E-RTM and digitalization.
Close cooperation with global digitalization team is required and to seek best practice from other countries as well as close collaboration with our global tech suppliers.
Key responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for developing E-RTM, new digital tools and ways of working
• Develop and execute a commercial strategy and business plans
• Work in close collaboration with internal global digitalization team, Nordic sales and operation team, marketing, concessionaries, sales reps and suppliers
• Ongoingly develop existing projects regarding E-RTM.
• Together with Nordic E-RTM team seek new opportunities regarding digitalization.
• Deliver the big now whilst creating the big next - you seek, create and experiment with new models to grow beyond the norm and deliver future growth
In this role you will work proactively to secure perfect execution in E-RTM and always seek for the next opportunity regarding E-RTM and digitalization.
What does it take to succeed in this role?
• You thrive from collaboration internally and externally
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Driver´s license (B)
It´s highly advantageous and increases the chances for longevity in the role if you have most of the following:
• You have past experience and a proven track record of project management
• University degree, in close relation Business Administrations and meritorious with academics related to eCom, Digitalization, New Business and/or Data analytics (statistics)
• Previous experience from project management, preferably Route to Market distribution & logistics, eCom & digital development
• Previous Service trade experience from a customer side is a plus
• Experience of B2B eCom platforms
