Arbetsbeskrivning
Do you want to build Scania’s future and lead the electrification shift? The world of transport and logistics is electrifying rapidly and Scania is facing the biggest shift in our history. Our target is to take a leading role in the transformation by introducing new tailor-made products, services and sustainable transport solutions. Besides a whole new product range, this will change the way we do business and interact with our customers.
The customers are here and now selecting partners for the coming years and are collecting experiences from different makes. Many are looking for a complete e-mobility system together with partners rather than a product. This will have a major impact on a number of areas, not only the product itself; but also the sales process, and business models. Scania needs to evaluate, develop, and experiment with different business models in order to adapt to a new business environment and be perceived as driving the shift.
The Solution Sales function exists to be the bridge between the factory and the business units out on the markets. The strategy is to move from traditional vehicle sales to selling complete “turn-key solutions” / migration journeys including; charging, service and vehicles. To become successful we need to see the business in a consolidated way to be able to take the correct decisions. This way of working will put other demands on the role compared with the previous working method within the company. Our task is to secure that we meet the sales targets for all business areas and that we are supporting the markets in the transformation journey. We should also, together with our business units, challenge our way of doing business to find new ways of meeting the customer demands in the best way.
Are you a person with a strong commercial- and creative drive? Then this might be the opportunity for you!
