In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Play a pivotal role in governing and directing the bank's end-to-end solutions, ensuring they effectively address both internal and external business needs
- Work alongside Business Process Owners, steering the direction of 'how' and 'when' new or evolving requirements are brought to production
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all changes related to Swedbank’s outsourcing partner FNZ, Swedbank integrated teams within your E2E solution area. Ensure that every change is promptly and accurately implemented, in accordance with the bank’s governance processes
- Manage continuous improvements within the solution's entirety, from regular maintenance and issue resolution to overall enhancement and support
- Continuously adapt and evolve to the ever-changing landscape of the industry, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of efficiency and effectiveness
- Make a real impact by having a direct and tangible influence on the bank's direction, ensuring our IT solutions within your responsibility are robust, efficient, and in line with the highest standards of excellence
- Work with a fantastic, knowledgeable team and learn new things every day!
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (or extensive working experience within the field)
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience working with IT within the financial sector (business analyst, architect, product owner, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Swedish and English (written and oral)
- Curiosity and willingness to find solutions to challenging topics
- A well-structured approach and full ownership of your End-to-End processes from an IT perspective, including coordination with process owners and business - ensuring the E2E processes support the customer journeys
- Business knowledge in the Savings area
- Experience in large-scale transformation is a plus
