Are you passionate about optimizing supply chains and delivering sustainable results in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an E2E Supply Controller to jointhe Supply Planning unit within the new E2E Supply Controlling team for our client in Stockholm (a fashion retailer). This is a full-time consulting assignment, from 28th Octuntil 31st Dec 2024 with a possible extension.
About the role:
Your role will focus on maximizing the value of predictable demand assortments and ensuring the right stock levels at the right warehouse locations. You’ll work cross-functionally with Assortment, Merchandising, Production, Logistics, and Supply Planning value streams to maintain optimal stock availability, both in stores and online, while aligning with business goals.
As an E2E Supply Controller, you will be responsible for managing predictable PIPE processes, securing stock levels, and coordinating closely with various teams to ensure optimal stock availability. You will handle data-driven interventions, support strategic planning, and contribute to the continuous development of supply capabilities, aligning with long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Assortment and Merchandising teams to set data-driven goals for predictable demand management.
Ensure alignment between business goals and supply frame settings in partnership with the Value Stream Supply team.
Lead and manage end-to-end timelines and processes for predictable supply, coordinating with production, logistics, and other functional leads.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like stock turn rates, size curve availability, and supply vs. demand targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement short, mid, and long-term interventions when KPI performance is off track.
Manage system settings to reflect supply changes and oversee automatic order placement at the article level.
Oversee stock levels and composition, providing strategic input to Assortment and Merchandising teams to incorporate productivity into demand plans.

About you:
You are a collaborative and proactive team player with a knack for operational excellence. You thrive in dynamic environments, using your strategic mindset and analytical skills to ensure both immediate and long-term supply performance. You have a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chains, and your communication skills enable you to manage key stakeholder relationships effectively.
Experience and skills:
University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Several years of experience in supply planning and inventory management within e-commerce and/or store supply chains.
Background in assortment planning as a business controller, or experience in regional supply and demand teams and/or supply chain planning functions.
Strong understanding of logistics strategies, operations, and networks.
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and achieve sustainable results.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings. In addition, you'll also have a dedicated consultant manager available throughout your employment with us, in addition to optional networking activities with our network of consultants. The assignment is full-time and until 31st dec 2024, with possible extension.
