About this opportunity:

Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Commercial Contract Manager in Business Area Networks Sales & Commercial Management!
Ericsson’s Networks business is currently in an evolutionary phase after having secured 5G market leadership, with exciting and challenging trends in the industry such as radio virtualization and disaggregation, geopolitical dynamics, inflationary and supply chain pressures, and sustainability. All of this impacts what we need to achieve with our contracts so there is great potential to deliver concrete business value as part of the team.

What you will do:

* Work together with a team of experienced, senior Contract Managers to handle complex and key contractual questions about the Networks Portfolio.
* Contribute to the implementation of the Networks Contracting transformation blueprint, shaping the future of contracting at Ericsson.
* Engage in selected high-priority deals as a Business Area Contract Manager, ensuring lessons learned are captured and reused to evolve our contracting strategy.
* Support and participate in strengthening the Contract Management community across Ericsson, including building competence and awareness across the wider organization.

We believe you can challenge us in who we're looking for and believe you have an interest for business/commercial management combined with a technical interest in the communications industry. 
In addition, we believe you have: 
* A master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Law, Business Administration or equivalent 
* Experience in Contract Management, Law or Project Management. Sales and Commerical roles can also be a relevant background.
* Strong analytics skills, ability to extract relevant information from large source material
* Communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding and awareness of Telecoms & Technology sectors and the role of Contracts in business
* A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment 
* Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience 
* Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results 
* Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
