In IKEA we work together across the value chain to be affordable and accessible for many more of the many people with our fantastic product range. At IKEA of Sweden, we are responsible to develop the IKEA product range offer. In Sales we set the pre-conditions to maximize the sales and growth opportunities with the offer we have and create the optimal conditions for sales and growth with the new offer we are developing. We work in close collaboration with the different IKEA development units and stakeholders across the IKEA Network.
The Easy Buying & Selling team is part of Sales and contributes to an excellent omnichannel customer experience by enabling the business to set the right requirements and preconditions for easy buying and easy selling as part of the Range and Product development process. The aim is to contribute to a Range offer that; removes barriers from the buying process, contributes to efficient low price retail operations and create growth opportunities.
We do it through common ways of working, tools, and competence development, with a collaborative approach across the IKEA network.
As Easy Buying and Selling Specialist you will be responsible for providing support with specialized knowledge within the area of expertise enabling the business to develop an efficient and convenient range offer.

Job Description
As Easy Buying and Selling Specialist, your main responsibilities include:
To be subject matter expert for Easy Buying and Selling towards relevant stakeholders
Responsible for capturing and detailing business and user requirements for Easy Buying and Selling working methods and tools
Responsible for securing that developed working methods are tested and accepted
Being a key contributor in the implementation of changes in tools and ways of working
Be a main contributor in exploration cases, solution studies and projects
Responsible for reviewing the process output and supporting with follow up of KPI’s and best practice
Responsible for securing that ways of working – methods, processes and workflows – and learning material is kept up to date and is accessible for relevant user groups
Contribute to a collaborative approach across IKEA with a customer focus and developing mindset
Act as role model leading by example and promoting the IKEA Values and Culture

Qualifications
We are looking for competent and passionate people with a strong drive to sell more of our offer to as many people as possible through a seamless customer experience.
You have leadership capabilities with the ability to nurture enthusiasm, willpower and co-creation growing the IKEA spirit. You are a good communicator who inspire others and express yourself clearly. You have experience from leading change in ways of working, transfer knowledge and training in an organization.
You understand IKEA and how it is all joined up, building relationships and interacting with relevant parts in the IKEA network. You have a good ability to lead yourself, embracing thriftiness, simplicity, common sense and, above all, a “get-it-done” attitude. You are motivated by taking lead in the unknown, navigating in a fast-changing environment and being open to doing things differently.
You have experience from working with easy buying and selling in a global or local market environment. We see that you have proven analytical skills and that you are able to plan and deliver according to agreed time plans.
In the role as Easy Buying and Selling Specialist you will report to the Easy Buying and Selling Manager in Sales, IKEA of Sweden.
