We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our store ECCO Outlet Barkarby!
As an Assistant Store Manager at ECCO, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maximizing store turnover whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and promoting the ECCO brand. This will be achieved by leading by example in all aspects of the role and promoting ECCO brand values throughout the team. You will be an ECCO Brand Ambassador and follow the Code of Sales while you contribute ideas and coordinate store activities to enhance sales. You will of course also deliver excellent customer service at all times. In the absence of the Store Manager you will be responsible for deputizing all responsibilities.

We ask that you:
Have experience of working as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager for a minimum of 1 year within a retail chain, preferably with another premium shoe retailer or other quality fashion brand.
Have a very good flair for coaching and team building.
Have good insight and interest in retail business management (e.g. inventory management, budgeting, setting and communicating objectives).
Are comfortable using a computer (Microsoft and other systems).
Are fluent in communicating in Swedish and English.
Are flexible to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the business.
Possess a profound wish to manage and potentially grow into a Store Manager role.
