ECCO seeks Store Manager for ECCO Outlet Barkarby

We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our ECCO store in Barkarby in Sweden!
As an ECCO Store Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for maximizing store turnover whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and promoting the ECCO brand. This will be achieved by being a Business Manager – taking ownership of all store opportunities and matters to drive in-store profitability. You will lead by example in all aspects of the role and promote ECCO brand values throughout the team. You will be an ECCO Brand Ambassador and follow the Code of Sales. You will of course also deliver excellent customer service at all times.

We ask that you:
Have experience of working as a Store Manager for a minimum of 3 years within a retail chain.
Have a very good flair for coaching and team building.
Have good insight and interest in retail business management (e.g. inventory management, budgeting, setting and communicating objectives).
Are comfortable using a computer (Microsoft and other systems).
Are flexible to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the business.
Are fluent in communicating in Swedish and English.
