Eco-Design Engineer

Purpose of the role
Contribute actively to the reduction of our products environmental impact and make sure that our products fulfill environmental customer requirements and mandatory regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support project and product team with environmental requirements and validation through material/substance declaration
• Proposing ways to improve the environmental performance of our products
• Develop and maintain methodology for material/substance declaration for higher efficiency and quality
• Continous monitoring of the organization’s compliance to regulations within the environmental area
• Participating and contribuiting to the global team of ecodesign
• Contribute to the ISO 14001 certification.
REQUIREMENTS
• University degree in material science and/or environmental science
• Good knowledge and experience in Ecodesign is an advantage
• Strong experience in a similar role
• Structured and thorough
• English – mandatory, Swedish – prefferable.
