Eco Product Specialist till Dellner

Dellner is the world leading supplier of complete train connection systems for train builders and train operators worldwide. We provide couplers, dampers, gangways and shock absorbers as well as global aftermarket services. The head office is located in Falun, Sweden and Dellner has sales and service organizations in 12 countries. The turnover is 90 MEUR with around 400 empolyees located across the globe.

We are looking for a resource to strengthen our Global Engineering team. The position is placed in Falun (Vika) and you report to the Global Design and Product Manager.

Your responsibility:
The main purpose is to develop, secure and maintain our processes for environmental demands. This includes control of non-functional requirements such as environmental standards and directives. Systemize other branch related standards within customer projects.

- Capture and analyze the development needs within environmental issues and lead and participate in development projects.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of environmental standards, legislation and relevant technology to ensure that the company complies with best practice.

- Provide support and advice to the organization, includes training our staff within the area of environmental legalization.

- Coordinate contacts within the area for your responsibility, both internally and externally.

- Develop systems and structures for Environmental guide lines in order to support the process and the business in an efficient way.

The successful candidate will have following profile:

Job experiences:
- Minimum of 3 years university degree within the area of the responsibility.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience within the environmental legislation and experience of environmental work in industry, preferable within the railway branch
- High skills in English, both verbally and in writing.



Personal skills:
- Analytical, well organized and structured with a good technical understanding.
- Team orientated and good interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated for the job and an open attitude.
