Today we are a small multinational team with a great impact and ownership of the area of Used Cars and this team will now double and you will get to be part of this journey moving forward. The ambition for the team is to increase the volume of used cars sold to our customers, by focusing on our area to grow and contribute to building on this successful journey.
As our Ecommerce Coordinator, you will take a leading role in the global coordination of online e-commerce programs in the Used Car area. You will join a highly interesting and complex area with having huge importance for the company and help Volvo Cars to transform sales channels by growing online sales of used cars with support from the Volvo dealer network. 
Your role would be crucial for providing a premium online car buying experience to retail customers. 

What you will do: 
You would be responsible for the performance of online storefronts, the effectiveness of consumer journey when visitors are choosing and buying used cars on Volvo Cars websites, including: 
•    Driving growth of digital retailing for used cars, including onboarding of the new markets, adaptation of the core e-commerce product to market-specific set up. 
•    Increase inventory uptake and penetration of dealers participating in the Digital Retail program.
•    Enable car-buying touchpoints by integrating with F&I, payment service providers and valuation partners on a market level based on a globally defined process framework.
•    Measurement and optimization of online performance of the used car sites run by markets based on common KPIs defined globally. 
•    Analysis of inventory, content, consumers audiences, acquisition channels, shopping behavior, maximizing conversion to leads and sales. 
•    Regular coaching and guidance for markets on best practices used by top performers internally, industry, classified automotive sites and key e-commerce platforms.

Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for you with experience in running an e-commerce product. You have knowledge of digital marketing and key metrics. Knowledge of car-buying touchpoints, factors important for used cars as a product category is an advantage. 

You also have:
•    University degree in engineering or business or equivalent
•    Over 3 years working experience with e-commerce products and programs
•    Technical understanding in domains of integration and web-development would have an advantage
•    Strong business acumen and analytical ability
•    Knowledge of BI-tools, web-analytics services 
•    Experience driving cross-functional and international projects
•    Excellent communication skills in English-written and spoken
