What will be your key deliverables?
Samsung Nordic e-commerce operation is looking forward to strengthening the team with an eCommerce Coordinator.
The eCommerce Coordinator will be part of the Nordic Digital Team and will play a key role in driving sales and conversion in Samsung.com.
As eCommerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting up products and pricing cross-channel, briefing all the relevant stakeholders inside and outside the organization, as well as following up on the execution and results.
In this role, you will work closely with eStore Growth Lead, Campaign Specialist, and 3rd party agencies.
What will be the jobs scope?
- Contribute to a great user experience on Samsung.com and the improvement of important E-commerce KPI:s
- Working hands-on with the E-commerce platform
- Responsible for price uploads and back-end administration
- Act on inputs by Product Management and Category Marketing to secure best in class PLC management for eStore
- Recommend opportunities for cross-selling based on product USPs
- Responsible for briefing operational tasks such as creating new products, voucher codes and bundle promotions to our E-commerce Operations agency
- Make sure that product, pricing, and campaigns are live according to plan
- Support the E-commerce team with knowledge around capabilities in the E-commerce platform discussing promotions and different campaign methods
- Identify new possibilities and way-of-working that could improve execution and performance
- Support the D2C Sales Innovation team with back-end development projects and help the team identify future development projects
What do we need for this role?
- 1-3 years’ experience of working with E-commerce, Product Management or Pricing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent focused on E-commerce, Marketing or Economics
- Experience in handling multiple projects at the same time, with short deadlines.
- Great communication skills, attention to details and a team player
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge in Excel and other MS Office programs
- SAP/ERP and SAP Hybris experience advantageous not essential
- Experience working with JIRA is a plus
- Fluency in English and ideally one Nordic language.
