We are looking for an Ecommerce Growth Lead to one Sweden's most prominent fashion brands, J.Lindeberg. About the role
The Ecommerce Growth Lead is a new position at J Lindeberg and a key role in gearing up the ecommerce and strengthening the customer experience. It is a central role in the ecommerce and marketing team where you own the commercial agenda and work hypothesis-driven to ensure correct tracking on a daily basis. You work strategically and systematically with customer insights to identify improvements and develop actions to optimize the customer journey, driving conversion and sales, while ensuring a "brand right experience" across all touch points. The role also entails responsibility for:
- Overall responsibility for onsite optimization and works continuously to improve the customer journey
- Daily, weekly, and ad hoc reporting of site and product KPIs
- Analyze and report on customer behavior, traffic acquisition, conversion data and website performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage the commercial calendar from an Ecommerce perspective
- Build BI dashboards and analyze data
Your background
As a person, you are commercially oriented, analytical and have a data-driven way of working. You are a problem solver, a doer and work proactively with the customer in mind. You have a great interest in ecommerce, sales and to find new creative ways to optimize the customer experience and conversion. As you will be working with a lot of stakeholders, you have strong communication and collaboration skills. You enjoy being measured on KPIs and are responsible and self-motivated.
In addition, we believe that you have:
- Education in Business, Analytics, Ecommerce Management or equivalent
- 5+years of ecommerce working experience
- Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth
- Experience of Google Analytics, Power BI and/or other BI-tools
- Experience from a mono-premium-fashion brand is a big plus
- Fluency in English
