E-commerce Growth and Operations - let’s introduce ourselves
Our mission is to execute a data-driven constant growth agenda for our online channels and ensure efficient operations.
E-commerce Growth Manager – this is what you’ll do
As an e-commerce growth manager, you are responsible for leading the growth and operations agenda across teams. This includes:
· Coordinating a variety of cross-site optimization projects with a focus on CRO. Researching and educating different teams on e-commerce best-practices.
· Developing online experimentation tests (A/B & others), from hypothesis development to defining outcomes.
· Ensuring effective cross-channel implementation of merchandising to optimize sales and exposure.
· Partnering with markets and global teams and act on based on needs and prioritization.

You are flexible, consumer oriented, have a high pace and the drive to make constructive changes. You are communicative and like working as part of a team. You like data, it is natural to you to dive deep and transform it into useful insights.

Qualifications:
· Several years of experience in successful optimization of websites for increased sales
· Strong Project management skills, preferably applying Agile practices (Kanban or Scrum)
· Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Optimize, VWO, Hotjar, and Google Data Studio (and/or other testing and data analysis platforms)
· Data analysis capabilities and basic statistics knowledge.
· Experience with CRO, UX for e-commerce (but you do not need to be a designer)
· Education in the field of Marketing, Business, Economics or related.
· Great English communication skills
Duration:
This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave absence for a period of 10-12 months. The successful candidate will have the option to apply for permanent roles within the company, should they become available in the future.
