For the development of Global Online Business - we will strengthen the team with an Ecommerce Offer Manager. This role reports to the Head of Offer Development Care by Volvo.
Your mission
You will drive the development of our online offers to enable commercial success. Translating insights into ideas, scoping solutions, and secure launches of new offers to our markets. In this role, you will not only drive cross-functional projects with multiple work streams and many stakeholders. You will also create commercial value propositions for new ideas and improvements to be anchored with our senior leadership team. You will work in close collaboration with our markets, digital- and central teams. The scope is global as you will support our existing live markets and be part of launching new markets. You will be communicating ongoing initiatives internally and set requirements on digital products, processes, and customer touchpoints to deliver the intended commercial offer, customer journey, and experience.

You are bold with integrity and curiosity as well as take accountability, both for your own direct area of responsibility and the success of the team. It is vital that you have strong analytical capabilities and skills in working with data and customer insights in collaboration with others. You always have customer value and needs top of mind.
You enjoy taking on complex tasks and you are fast to identify what to prioritize to reach results. You would have the ability to work highly independently, in a matrix organization and you are proficient in translating data and consumer insights into ideas and proposals. With ease, you can communicate clearly and have experience working towards and presenting to senior management.
To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include
* More than 5 years’ hands-on experience working with the development of online digital consumer services or launching online customer-facing solutions
* Experience in driving cross-functional, global, and complex projects and working in agile environments.
* Proficient in building business cases and decision material
* Experience from designing and implementing online customer offers & online/offline customer journeys
* Designing operational processes linked to customer experiences
* Fluency in English, oral and written is key.
